S druge strane tu je Piquentum, brend vina koji je u potpunosti posve\u0107en principima 100% organske proizvodnje. Za razliku od ostalih, koji u svoje pjenu\u0161ce mahom dodaju industrijski \u0161e\u0107er i umjetne kvasce, Piquentum ih proizvodi prirodno, u vlastitoj vinariji, od gro\u017e\u0111a iz svog organskog vinograda. Znaju\u0107i da \u0107e se vino, obzirom na ograni\u010dene koli\u010dine, distribuirati isklju\u010divo u restoranima gdje ga prezentiraju sommelieri i gdje \u0107e pri\u010da o vinu biti adekvatno obja\u0161njena, bilo je mogu\u0107e razmotriti ne\u0161to odva\u017eniju etiketu.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod pjenu\u0161aca, tijekom klju\u010dne druge fermentacije kada kvasci pretvaraju \u0161e\u0107er u mjehuri\u0107e, uvijek nastaje talog koji se iz boce uklanja tehnikom degor\u017eiranja (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9gorgement<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). No, dok ga drugi proizvo\u0111a\u010di odbacuju, Piquentumov talog prepoznat je kao vrijednost i prihva\u0107en kao klju\u010dni dokazni materijal prirodnosti. Taj neodba\u010deni talog promije\u0161an je s 10% papirne pulpe dobivene od vinarovih bilje\u0161ki, kartonske ambala\u017ee i sli\u010dnih papirnatih otpadaka te transformiran u organsku etiketu za Piquentum Brut Nature. Rezultat je: Prva vinska etiketa ikada koju je stvorilo SAMO VINO. Ovisno o okru\u017eenju, etiketa se nastavlja razvijati djeluju\u0107i kao \u017eivi entitet, stvaraju\u0107i plemenitu plijesan i sli\u010dne organizme. \u201e\u017diva etiketa\u201c time postaje pravi pravcati dokaz autenti\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U 2025. godini proizvedeno je 700 boca u testnoj seriji za tr\u017ei\u0161te. Proizvodnja za 2026. planirana je u koli\u010dini od 2.000 boca, a za 2027. godinu 3.000 boca. Za obje godine (2026. i 2027.), sve su koli\u010dine unaprijed rezervirane.
