Studio Sonda has won the prestigious Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2025 for the packaging redesign of Oraketa, a Slovenian multivitamin instant drink owned by Radenska. This latest achievement further enriches our portfolio of renowned international recognitions, bringing Red Dot award count to 21. For Oraketa, this award — following significant market share growth and a win at the regional Balcannes competition — marks a continued path of success beyond the region’s borders.
Oraketa has been on the Slovenian market since 2020. Especially after the redesign, it quickly became a recognizable brand in the multivitamin drink category. The new packaging design aims to preserve the product’s playful identity, ensure clear visibility on the shelf, and communicate the brand’s active and fun dimensions. Dynamic graphic lines and striking colors, along with attractive fruit motifs, clearly convey the flavors. The special 19g HoReCa package’s shape evokes a rocket, reinforcing the brand’s identity of motion and energy.
The Red Dot Awarding Gala will take place on November 7, 2025, at the Konzerthaus Berlin. Starting November 8, 2025, Oraketa will be exhibited at the Museum of Communication in Berlin, and from spring 2026, it will also be showcased at the Red Dot Design Museum Essen.
In addition to Oraketa, also receiving recognition was Sonda’s Rawino project, which the jury highlighted as an accomplishment worthy of a Red Dot award.
